Nancy Gruskin Warner is the CEO and founder of Assurpack, a cannabis-focused packaging company. Nancy has a degree in package engineering and has 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in pharmaceutical contract packaging, including expertise with materials, design, function, regulatory compliance and manufacturing. Nancy was formerly director of pharmaceutical sales at Padtech, from March 2010 to August 2016. In May 2012, Nancy co-founded MinaPack, a contract packaging company providing cost effective specialty unit dose packaging design, engineering and packaging services to pharmaceutical and health and beauty aids companies. Nancy was involved with Mina Pack until November 2015. Previous to that she was director of sales at Sharp Corporation from 2002 to 2010, director of sales at Reed-Lane from 1998 to 2002 and national accounts manager at Cardinal Health Packaging Services from 1982 to 1998. Nancy has worked with R&D groups, engineering, marketing, quality control, supply chain and others to support major new product launches for companies such as Pfizer, Novartis and Bayer for both prescription and over-the- counter products, providing Nancy with an in-depth understanding of the industry. Nancy is a member of NCIA, the National Cannabis Industry Association and Women Grow, a networking organization for women involved in the cannabis industry.
